Meal prep is something that I also do for clients when they need it so I decided to start sharing some of the recipes I like for you guy to try as well! These will be meals that I have tried and know will take no longer than 10 minutes for those of us who have almost no time to cook! These can be used by anyone from college students to moms!
Quick and Easy 10 Ｍｉｎｕｔｅ sautéed broccoli and green beans recipe
- 2 to 3 cups rinsed broccoli florets (or bag of florets already cut and thawed)
- 2 to 3 cups rinsed French green beans (or bag of green beans already thawed)
- half stick of salted butter
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt (or reg table salt)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon wedge or 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Throw a half stick of butter and 1 tbs of minced garlic into a pan. Allow a time to start simmering then throw the broccoli and green beans into the pan. Add salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Allow a minute to steam then squeeze lemon juice onto the veggies and throw in the lemon wedge (if that’s what you are using). Allow up to 10 minutes cooking time or until your texture liking, stirring every couple of minutes. Enjoy!
Quick cheeseburger sliders
Ground turkey and sweet potato skillet
1lb ground turkey
1 yellow bell pepper
2 big sweet potatoes
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
1 tbs chili powder
1tbs ground cumin
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs Worcestershirer sauce
1 tbs minced garlic and onion
You can change everything up to your liking because I didn’t actually measure out everything exactly lol
Pour olive oil into skillet along with garlic and onion, let simmer then add turkey^you’ll need half cup water too. Cook 5mins then add potatoes and bell pepper and seasonings. Let cook 15 mins and until potatoes are soft. Add cheese on top!
